3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be received before an order is processed, unless other arrangements have been approved by New Life Publications.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability, Pricing or description errors, Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, Shipping restrictions, Violation of these Terms and Conditions
`If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, destination, and other factors beyond our control.
New Life Publications is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and refunds may be accepted at the discretion of New Life Publications.
Items must generally be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Digital products, Downloadable materials, Special orders, Custom printed items, opened or used materials, Clearance or final-sale items.

6. Donations
If New Life Publications accepts donations, all donations are voluntary and used to support the mission, operations, outreach, and ministry purposes of New Life Publications.
Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless an error has occurred.
New Life Publications makes no promise that donations are tax-deductible unless official tax-exempt status and proper receipts are provided. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.
7. Christian Content and Ministry Purpose
New Life Publications provides Christian materials based on biblical faith and ministry values.
The availability of a book, product, or resource does not necessarily mean New Life Publications agrees with every statement, interpretation, opinion, or position contained in that material unless specifically stated.
