The thought in mind while developing this bible study was to create a resource that can be easily carried and used as a quick “on the spot” study. It is a study that can be taught in a matter of a few minutes. As well, it is written plainly enough to allow a potential convert to read and understand it themselves. It leads the student from believing and repentance into being baptized in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ and finally into an understanding of receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in an unknown tongue.
The defining points of salvation (faith, repentance, baptism, and the gift of the Holy Ghost) are conveniently highlighted to allow a smooth transition from one subtopic to another. Scriptures are italicized and printed in appropriate contrasting colors to help differentiate them from the rest of the text. The laminated parchment background lends itself to durability and attractiveness.
